Last updated: 14 October 2026
This notice explains how Aktera collects and uses personal data when you use this website and contact us. It is written for visitors from Greece, Israel, Germany and elsewhere. The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Greek Law 4624/2019 and Greek Law 3471/2006 apply.
Who is responsible
The controller is Aktera, AKTERA SINGLE MEMBER P.C. (a Greek single-member private company, IKE), registered in the Greek General Commercial Registry (GEMI) under number 196822701000, with its office at Aiolou 104, 10677 Athens, Greece.
For anything about your personal data, write to E.G@aktera-gr.com.
You can also reach us by phone, WhatsApp or Viber on +30 697 488 0322. Messages sent through WhatsApp or Viber are also subject to the privacy terms of those apps.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number and optional message, the page or property you sent it from, whether you ticked the box to receive updates, and the date and time.
- Technical data: your IP address and basic request data, which our hosting providers process to deliver and secure the site.
- Maps: when a page with a map opens, your browser connects to Mapbox, which receives your IP address and technical data and stores an anonymous identifier in your browser (see the Cookie Notice).
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies or trackers on this website, and we do not ask for special categories of data. Please do not put sensitive information in the message field.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a possible agreement: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, Article 6(1)(f).
- To send you news, listings or offers by email or message: only if you ticked the separate box, on the basis of your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 11 of Law 3471/2006. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse, including a hidden anti-spam field in our forms: legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f).
- To meet legal duties if you become a client, such as identity checks under the Greek anti-money-laundering law (Law 4557/2018) and tax and accounting records: Article 6(1)(c).
Who receives it
We do not sell personal data. It is shared only with our database and CRM hosting provider (Railway), our website hosting provider (Vercel), Mapbox (maps) and, where needed for your matter, our lawyers, accountants and the notaries, engineers or brokers involved in a transaction. Providers act on our instructions.
Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Some providers are based in the United States. Where that applies we rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for certified providers (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a client relationship: up to 24 months after the last contact.
- Client records: for the periods required by Greek tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering law.
- Record of your marketing choice: until you withdraw consent, and afterwards only as proof of consent and of your opt-out.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. To use these rights write to E.G@aktera-gr.com. We will answer within one month.
You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr, Kifissias 1-3, 115 23 Athens) or to the authority in your own country. If you are in Israel, we also respect your rights under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law.
Children
This website is not directed at people under 18.
