AKTERA

About Aktera

ακτή Greek, noun: the shore, where the land meets the sea.

Aktera means the shore

The shore is where two worlds meet.

Land and sea. Here and abroad. We work where they meet: with clients who live in Greece and with clients who live far from it.

Our clients

Greeks, Israelis and Germans.

Owners and buyers, landlords and tenants, investors. A typical case is an owner abroad selling a home in Greece, usually to a buyer from here. We work just as closely with Greek owners, buyers and investors.

What we do

We sell, rent and manage homes in Athens.

For those who want it, we also guide renovation and investment. Prices and listings are checked and published on Spitogatos and XE.gr.

The team

A Greek team, founders from abroad.

That mix is deliberate. Some of us know what it is to deal with a country from a distance, and the rest know the city, its offices and its people.

In your language

Greek, English, Hebrew

What we stand on

  1. Plain words

We explain things simply, in your language, and we do not hide behind jargon.

  2. No promises we cannot keep

We show you what the market says and how we read it. We do not promise a price or a result.

  3. Local people, local knowledge

A Greek team in Athens, working beside a Greek lawyer, so the details are in capable hands.

  4. Beside you to the end

From the first conversation to the keys, and afterwards if you wish, the same people stay with you.
